Step 1: Confirm Your Result Count
At the bottom of the Leads App screen, review the result count.
You will see:
See Results (X)
Make sure this number is 10,000 or fewer before moving forward.
Step 2: Click Export (4:12 in Video)
Once your results are under 10,000:
Click the Export button
A modal will appear asking how you want to export your data
This begins the export process.
Step 3: Select Export Options
Inside the export window:
Choose the export format (CSV)
Confirm the data you want included
Submit the export request
After submitting, the system will begin preparing your file.
Step 4: Wait for Export Processing
Once submitted:
The export begins running in the background
Processing time varies based on list size
Do not refresh or exit the page while the export is preparing.
Step 5: Download Your File (5:27 in Video)
When the export is ready:
The Download option becomes available
Click Download
The CSV file will save to your computer
This completes the process.
⚠️ Important Notes
Only results under 10,000 leads can be exported at one time
Larger datasets must be exported in multiple batches
Each export must fully complete before starting another
