Support is available in app via messenger widget located in the bottom right hand corner of Offerbolt when your logged in. Click the icon to open the messenger widget which allows you to send us a message for help using Offerbolt, search help articles, track onboarding tasks, track your support ticket and receive notifications.

Speak with us
Send us a message using the built in messenger to get help using Offerbolt.
When you initiate a conversation you’ll be greeted by our AI Agent Fin that is trained on all our documentation and is ready to answer any question you have. Fin is quite effective in answering many questions and we recommended trying to reach a solution this way. To speak with us directly ask to speak with a person and we’ll respond asap! If we aren’t able to quickly resolve and need more time we will create a ticket for you.
During a conversation you can drop or attach images and video to provide more details. You can also view details on your tickets within the same area as your conversation with us.

Search help articles
Open the messenger widget and click the “Help” menu icon on the bottom row. Search articles like “How do I stop the bot from sending messages” or “billing info” or view each article individually for areas your interested in. Our help articles are categorized by pages and features within Offerbolt such as A2P Registration, Offerbolt AI Bot, workflows, etc.
The help articles are also accessible by clicking the “Help Center” menu link.
Track onboarding progress and notifications
Open the messenger widget and click the “Task” menu icon on the bottom row. Every step required to get started sending messages with Offerbolt AI Workflows are detailed and setup for you to track your progress.
Notifications may appear above the messenger icon to notify you of new support messages, onboarding tasks or other helpful info.
Track your support ticket
If we open a ticket for you it will appear directly in the conversation floating at the top of the window.
