In This guide I will show how you can turn the bot off using your mobile app (lead connector)

Open the Lead Connector (mobile app) and go to the lead that you are wanting to

✅ Step 1: Open the Contact Conversation

  1. Open the conversation thread for the lead

  2. At the top of the screen, tap the contact name
    (example shown: Jeff James).

  3. This opens the Contact Profile.

✅ Step 2: Navigate to Contact Details

  1. Make sure you are on the Details tab (default view).

  2. Scroll down until you see the section labeled Dispositions.

  3. Tap the pencil / edit icon next to Dispositions.

✅ Step 3: Select the Correct Disposition

🤖 Step 4: Set OfferBolt Bot Status

Below the dispositions, you will see:

OfferBolt Bot On

  • Yes

  • No

Rule:

  • Set to “No”

  • Leave “Yes” only if continued automation is appropriate.

(In the video, OfferBolt Bot is set to No.)

💾 Step 5: Save the Update

  1. Tap Save (top-right corner).

  2. Wait for confirmation.

You should see:

Contact edited successfully

This confirms the disposition and bot status were saved.

✅ Step 6: Confirm the Update

  1. You’ll be returned to the contact profile.

  2. Scroll to OfferBolt Bot On to confirm:

    • OfferBolt Bot On shows "no" selected.

    • your bot is now off and will not reply to leads. (Please note this does not stop any active workflows)
