Sign for the Leads app within Offerbolt to search property data and access comparables tools

To access the Leads app locate the menu item "leads" on the left hand side menu bar located towards the top.

Explore the core features below to utilize the Leads app to search leads, skip trace, download property data, save list, upload your own leads, create comp reports, access upgrades and more.



Do you need to cancel your Leads subscription?

You can cancel anytime by sending us message through Offerbolt support chat or email [email protected] and request to cancel.

Intro to Offerbolt Leads

1. Accessing the Leads Product 0:00

  • Open the Leads product within OfferBolt.

  • Familiarize yourself with the main pane, which includes:

    • Recent Searches

    • Quick Searches (preset options)

    • Saved Searches.

2. Performing a Search 0:22

  • Choose a Recent Search or enter a city, county, zip code, state, or address.

3. Filtering Property Results 0:43

  • Use the available filters to narrow down your property list.

  • Selected filters will populate on the screen.

  • To remove a filter, deselect it (e.g., remove 'land').

4. Saving Filters 1:04

  • Click 'Save This Filter' after selecting your desired filters.

  • Name the filter appropriately for future reference.

5. Setting Up Deal Alerts 1:21

  • Ensure the 'deal alerts' box is checked to receive updates on fresh leads for your saved search.

6. Viewing Individual Properties 2:31

  • Click on an individual property to view detailed information.

  • Check the skip trace information and consider adding it to your leads drawer.

  • Utilize the comparables feature to assess property pricing against similar homes.

8. Skip Tracing Properties 3:13

  • To skip trace multiple properties, select the dropdown and choose 'select all'.

  • Confirm the number of leads added to your leads drawer.

9. Exporting Leads 4:12

  • Click 'select standard' and choose the 'lead trace' option.

  • Click 'export leads' to generate the export.

10. Monitoring Export Status 4:34

  • Check the processing status of your export.

  • You will receive a notification and an email once the export is complete.

11. Accessing the Leads App Stand-Alone 5:03

  • Click the designated link to open the Leads app in a new window.

  • If needed, click to download the leads data again in CSV format.
