How frequently is data updated?

We receive daily updates on Property, Foreclosure, and Mortgage/Lien Information. However, this does not necessarily mean that individual counties update their records daily. An individual county may update their records daily, weekly, or even monthly depending upon their technical sophistication. IDX records are updated daily.


How do I reset my leads?

Resetting your leads will remove all your selected leads from your “My Leads” drawer.

  1. Visit the Leads Page Option A. Enter City, County, State, Zip Code, or Address Option B. Select one of your Saved Searches

  2. Click “My Leads” button in the top right corner


3. Click the “Reset” button to remove all your selected leads


How can I access upgrades and other Leads features?

Login to the full application at leads.offerbolt.io and select “Upgrade” from the menu.

Email and phone support is available when logging in via leads.offerbolt.io at the bottom of the main menu on the left side of the app.

When you visit Leads from within Offerbolt, look for the Quick Start Guide, Glossary and FAQ buttons at the bottom of the home page for quick info.

How to cancel my Leads subscription?

You can cancel anytime by visiting here, sending us message through Offerbolt support chat or email [email protected] and request to cancel.
