Creating and Sending Contracts Electronically
Accessing Contracts in the System
Navigate to the contracts section on the left-hand side of the system.
Click on the option to select a template.
Creating a New Template
Click on "New" and then "New Template."
Copy the contract content you want to use and paste it into the template.
Customizing the Contract
Add necessary details like dates, buyer information, and seller information using custom fields.
Ensure all required fields like property details and contact information are filled out accurately on the contact screen listed under contact, Property Info, and under contract info.
Adding Signatures
Create spaces for buyer and seller signatures.
Use custom values to populate names and other relevant details for signatures.
Finalizing the Contract
Include contract specifics like purchase price, EMD, inspection period, and signing deadlines.
Review the entire contract to ensure all information is correctly inputted.
Saving and Sending the Contract
Save the completed template with a suitable name.
Generate the template for sending, ensuring the correct users are assigned for signing.
Send the contract electronically, either through email or by copying a link.
