Initiation of Workflow
Triggers for initiating the DNC workflow:
Bot section: DNC initiated by the bot while it’s working it’s goals
Disposition section: User selects DNC in the dispositions section on the contact conversation screen
contact replies with a DNC verbiage ex: out, stop, leave me alone etc
Actions Taken when Workflow is Triggered
Bot is turned off
Removing any existing opportunities on the contact
Adding a DNC tag
Removing bot follow-up tags
Enabling DND
Marking as read
Removing from all workflows
Moving into the DNC pipeline
Opted-Out Pipeline Workflow
Initiation of Workflow
"opted out" tag added to contact
contact replied "out"
Actions Taken when Workflow is Triggered
Bot is turned off
Removing any existing opportunities on the contact
Adding an Opted Out tag
Removing bot follow-up tags
Enabling DND
Marking as read
Removing from all workflows
Moving into the Opted Out pipeline
