No Longer Own Pipeline Workflow

  1. Initiation of Workflow

    • Bot section: no longer own initiated by the Bot while it’s working it’s goals

    • Disposition section: User selects no longer own in the dispositions section on the contact conversation screen

    • contact replies with no longer own verbiage ex: sold it, don't own it anymore etc

  2. Actions Taken when Workflow is Triggered

    • Bot is turned off

    • Remove any existing opportunities on the contact

    • Adding a no longer own tag

    • Remove bot follow-up tags

    • Enabling DND

    • Mark as read

    • Remove from all workflows

    • Move into the no longer own pipeline

    • send reply sms (no message is sent when using the dispo button no longer own or when the bot marks contact as no longer own)

Not The Owner Pipeline Workflow

  1. Initiation of Workflow

    • Bot section: not the owner initiated by the Bot while it’s working it’s goals

    • Disposition section: User selects not the owner in the dispositions section on the contact conversation screen

    • contact replies with not the owner verbiage ex: sold it, don't own it anymore etc

  2. Actions Taken when Workflow is Triggered

    • Bot is turned off

    • Remove any existing opportunities on the contact

    • Adding a not the owner tag

    • Remove bot follow-up tags

    • Enable DND

    • Mark as read

    • Remove from all workflows

    • Move into the not the owner pipeline

    • send reply sms (no message is sent when using the dispo button not the owner or when the bot marks contact as not the owner)

Properties we aren't interested in Pipeline Workflow

  1. Initiation of Workflow

    • Disposition section: User selects properties we aren't interested in on the dispositions section on the contact conversation screen

    • User adds "properties we aren't interested in tag" to contact

  2. Actions Taken when Workflow is Triggered

    • Bot is turned off

    • Remove any existing opportunities on the contact

    • Add properties we aren't interested in tag

    • Remove bot follow-up tags

    • Enable DND for sms

    • Mark as read

    • Remove from all workflows

    • Move into the properties we aren't interested in pipeline

Wrong Number Pipeline Workflow

  1. Initiation of Workflow

    • Bot section: wrong number initiated by the Bot while it’s working it’s goals

    • Disposition section: User selects wrong number on the dispositions section on the contact conversation screen

    • contact replies with wrong number verbiage ex: wrong number, don't know them, not me etc

  2. Actions Taken when Workflow is Triggered

    • Bot is turned off

    • Remove any existing opportunities on the contact

    • Add wrong number tag

    • Remove bot follow-up tags

    • Enable DND for all channels

    • Mark as read

    • Remove from all workflows

    • Move into the wrong number pipeline

    • send reply sms (no message is sent when using the dispo button wrong number or when the bot marks contact as wrong number)
