In this video, I explain the process of how contacts enter a bot follow-up workflow based on responses. I detail the different ways contacts can trigger follow-ups, the criteria for a contact to be followed up by the bot, and the automation behind the follow-up system.
The objective is to understand and execute the process of placing contacts into the bot follow-up workflow for automated messaging and engagement.
Understanding the Bot Follow-Up Workflow
Ways Contacts Enter Bot Follow-Up
Manual selection in the follow-up section.
Automation based on contact responses such as:
not-interested - 3 month follow up
who is this - 1 month follow up
username who - 1 month follow up
under contract - 21 day follow up
how did you get my number - 1 day follow up
seller wanting to talk now - 1 day follow up
seller wanting too much money - 6 month follow up
Guidelines for Bot Follow-Up
Contact must have responded to the bot.
Bot must have responded to the contact and tagged as AI responded.(tag will automatically be applied once the bot responds)
Bot must be on when entering the follow-up.
Bot Follow-Up System
Activated by tags or selection in the follow up section on the contact conversation screen.
Follow-ups include intervals like one day, three days, seven days, etc.
Messages are sent automatically based on the selected interval.
Bot Follow-Up Progression
Initial messages are frequent for hotter leads.
Messages gradually spread out as the lead becomes colder.
System keeps running until contact responds, is dispositioned or user turns it off.
Regular Template Follow-Up
Contacts not meeting bot follow-up criteria are filtered into regular template follow-up.
Works similarly to bot follow-up but only with templates.
Conclusion
Bot follow-up workflow ensures continuous engagement with contacts.
Provides a systematic approach to follow-up based on contact interactions.
