In this video, I explain the PPL snapshot, detailing how leads are acquired and managed through the PPL workflow. I walk you through the inbound workflow, the integration with Zapier, and the importance of tagging leads correctly for effective follow-up. No specific action is requested, but understanding this workflow is crucial for efficient lead handling.

The objective is to learn what Pay Per Lead (PPL) is and learn how the PPL workflow and bot handle PPL (Pay Per Lead) that come in from your PPL provider, ensuring immediate communication and follow-up with your leads.

Simplifying The Pay Per Lead (PPL) Snapshot Workflow

  1. Understanding PPL (Pay Per Lead)

    • PPL involves paying for leads through a provider such as Leadzolo, property leads, or I speed to lead.

    • Leads are generated when potential sellers submit their property information on the provider's website. This is then sent to your offer bolt account which then enters the PPL workflow either through zapier or an Offerbolt inbound webhook.

  2. Inbound Workflow Setup

    • Leads from providers are pushed into the PPL inbound workflow.

    • Integration options: webhook or Zapier for easier integration.

    • Use tags to identify leads from different providers (e.g., Ispeedtolead, PropertyLeads, leadzolo).

  3. Setting Up Workflow

    • Add lead information as it comes in through a webhook.

    • Choose a tag for each lead based on the source (webhook, API, or Zapier).

    • Duplicate workflows for multiple providers, assigning appropriate tags.

  4. Workflow Actions

    • Assign a user to handle new leads.

    • Receive notifications through the app for new PPL leads.

    • Place leads in the new inbound leads pipeline

    • Initiate immediate email and text communication upon lead arrival.

  5. Follow-Up Strategy

    • workflow contains a sequence of SMS messages at different time intervals.

    • Transition to a seven-day follow-up if no response once it's reached the end of the ppl workflow.

  6. Bot Integration

    • Utilize a designated bot with specific goals for PPL leads.

    • Bot follows a timeline from motivation to booking, tailored for PPL leads.

  7. Overall Integration

    • OfferBot system seamlessly integrates PPL leads with existing workflows.

    • Communication is enhanced with a specialized bot for PPL leads.

  8. Immediate Response

    • Immediate messaging is crucial for PPL leads to prevent them from seeking information elsewhere.

    • Automated text and email responses ensure prompt engagement with leads.
