In this video, I guide you through creating user accounts on OfferBolt for yourself, team members and for your workflows. I explain the process of adding users, setting admin privileges, and user roles for effective workflow management. I emphasize the importance of user consistency and "dummy" users for workflows. Action: Follow the steps to create users and assign roles accordingly.

The objective of this video is to guide users through the process of creating users in OfferBolt, including users for team members and dummy users for workflows.

Creating Users in OfferBolt:

User Account Creation for Team Members

  1. Log in to OfferBolt and access your account.

  2. Your user account should be visible at the top with your name.

  3. To add a user for someone else on your team:

    • Click on "Add Employee."

    • Enter their first and last name and email address.

    • Assign them to the appointments calendar for consistency.

    • Define their roles and permissions (admin or user).

    • Customize what they can view by checking or unchecking items.

  4. Avoid adding a twilio phone number in call and voicemail settings for users logging into OfferBolt to ensure text messages are sent from the correct number.

Dummy User Creation for Workflows

  1. "Dummy" users are placeholders for workflow that get assigned to contacts.

  2. Assign a first and last name to each user.

  3. Each workflow should have at least three users per timeframe Ex: (9-12, 12-4 or 4-8), giving a total of at least 9 users. (Assign a number to each user)

  4. Create a user for each workflow by:

    • Naming the user based on the workflow and market.

    • Using a unique email address for each user (e.g., [email protected]). (An email can only be used once)

    • Selecting the appointments calendar.

    • Setting roles and permissions as a user.

  5. Ensure user names are clear and distinct to avoid confusion in communication.

  6. Repeat the user creation process for each workflow to maintain organization and clarity.
