Purpose: Sending a manual message to a new contact.
Sending a Message without a Template
Go to the menu on the left side and click on "contacts"
Create a new contact either manually or through a list.
Click on the contact and go to the bottom of the page to where inside a box where it says "type a message"
Type out your message and hit send.
Sending a Message with a Template
If you prefer to use a template, you can select one and insert it into the message.
