Check Workflow Status
Ensure the workflow is published.
Verify Contacts
Review Timing Settings
Confirm if the current time and day align with the workflow settings.
Check for any incorrect settings that might prevent contacts from being sent out. Such as the day of the week or time.
Save Changes
Always save any adjustments made to the workflow settings.
Identifying Contacts in Events
Each box represents an event, with the number indicating the contacts waiting.
Resolving Stuck Drips
If contacts are stuck in a drip, create a new drip with the same settings.
Adjust the settings if needed, considering the current time and day.
Moving Contacts
Move contacts to the next step by clicking on the number of contacts and selecting "Move all to the next step."
Delete the completed step to maintain workflow efficiency.
Finalizing Workflow
Delete unnecessary steps to streamline the workflow.
Ensure all contacts are moving through the workflow smoothly.
