    • Templates are named after specific workflows (e.g., Ben 9-12, Jen 12-4, Sarah 4-8).

    • Each template corresponds to a specific workflow (Ben templates for Ben workflow or the 9 -12 timeframe in the Intial Workflow, Jen templates for Jen workflow or the 12 -4 timeframe in the Initial Workflow, Sarah templates for the Sarah workflow or the 4-8 timeframe in the initial workflow.

  2. Understanding Time Frames in Templates

    • Templates have different time frames for sending messages (e.g.,

    • Ben templates: 1A for 9 - 10, 1B for 10 - 11, 1C for 11 - 12.

    • Jen Templates: 1A for 12 - 1, 1B for 1 - 2, 1C for 2 - 3, 1D for 3 - 4.

    • Sarah Templates: 1A for 4 - 5, 1B for 5 - 6, 1C for 6 - 7, 1D for 7 - 8

    • templates 2-7 are used for when the contact does not respond to the previous message.

  3. Editing Snippets/Templates

      • On the left menu bar click on dashboard, the on the top right select templates

      • On the left menubar click on conversation, then on the top menu bar select snippets

    • Populate the message with custom field by placing the cursor in the desired location and selecting the desired custom fields.

  5. Checking for Undefined Information

    • If any information is missing, it will appear as undefined when the message is sent.

    • Ensure all necessary information is filled in for the contact to avoid undefined fields.

  6. Managing Segments and Estimated Costs

    • 1 segment = one text message. 2 segments = 2 text messages

    • Check the estimated cost and ensure it aligns with the desired segment count.

    • Hit save once editing is complete.

  7. Integration with Workflows

    • Updated templates automatically integrate into the respective workflows.

    • Workflows consist of multiple messages sent based on time frames and drip follow up messages.

    • Drip messages are used to follow up if contacts do not respond, with a total of six additional messages.
