In this video, I’m going to show you how to effectively increase your daily message drip from 50 to 100. I’ll walk you through the steps to adjust your settings and ensure your drip mode can handle the new rate. It’s important to confirm that everything is saved correctly as we make these changes. Please follow along and make these adjustments in your system!
How to Increase Your Daily Drip for Messaging
Step 1: Access Daily Drip Settings 0:00
Start by navigating to your daily drip settings.
Currently set at 50 messages per day.
Step 2: Increase Daily Drip Amount 0:09
Click on the plus sign next to the daily drip setting.
In the search bar of the new window type in "Drip"
Click on Drips
Step 3: Set Batch Size 0:24
For the action name enter 100 Per Day (or the amount you have set the daily drip to)
The batch size is the number of messages sent at one time.
The batch size will already be set to 100, go to the drip interval and adjust the minutes to days.
Step 4: Save Changes 0:35
Hit the save button on the bottom right to confirm your changes.
Then hit the save button on the top right to save the changes to the workflow.
Step 5: Move All Contacts 0:49
Click on the "people icon" to move the seller leads to the new drip.
A window will open up on the right hand side.
Hit the running person icon to move all contacts to the new drip, another pop up will open. Select "Move all"
Step 6: Adjust Drip Mode Per Minute 1:15
Since the daily drip is increased, you must adjust the drip mode per minute.
Change the setting to send 1 message every 6 minutes.
Hit save on the bottom right and then save again on the top right.
Step 7: Confirm Drip Rate 1:31
Ensure that the new drip rate can handle the increased daily drip. Meaning that the messages sent per min will be able to send an sms to all the seller leads that the daily drip will be dropping daily to the min drip.
Step 8: Move All Contacts Again 2:05
Repeat the process of moving all contacts to the new drip setting.
Step 9: Monitor Contact Movement 2:29
Observe the contacts moving from the old to the new drip setting.
Step 10: Delete Old Drip Settings 2:44
Once all contacts have moved, delete the old drip setting.
Use the 'delete action' option, not 'delete all' to avoid losing other data.
Step 11: Finalize and Save 2:56
You are now ready to send out more messages per day.
