In OfferBolt on the left hand side menu go down to settings and click on it.

Select Billing

Select "Want to modify/cancel the subscription"

Select "Upgrade"

Select "Bolt - Student w/Leads"

Choose if you'd like to Pay Monthly or Pay Annually. Then click on "Pay $149 & Subscribe" on the bottom right of the window.
