In Order to apply for A2P you will need to create a Customer Profile prior to getting to the A2P step. This also needs approval and is usually approved or denied within minutes.

On your main Twilio console Page navigate over to the Admin menu on the top right, from the drop down select Account trust hub.

Next you'll want to click on "Create Primary Customer Profile"

Be sure to select the "Business?Organization Profile" selection. DO NOT select "Individual profile"

Create Primary Profile

Next you'll want to complete the general information form. Ensure you enter your Legal Business name EXACTLY as it's listed on your EIN Documentation

The Profile friendly name is for your internal reference that means it can be name anything, although we do suggest using the business name for this in case you ever decide to add any other profiles to your Twilio account
