Submitting your brand is the next step after completing your customer profile. It's located right under the "Create Customer Profile" on the onboarding page in Twilio.

1)Click on "Submit Brand"

2) Company Type

Select: "Private"

3) What type of brand do you need?

Select: "Low-Volume Standard Brand""

4) Enable brand sharing with current subaccounts

Select: "Yes"

In the future if you would like to add more subaccount (other businesses you may own) this will allow you to use share this brand with all subaccounts saying you a fee for registering the brand and also saving you time by not having to create a brand for any other subaccounts. (Even if you aren't sure, we suggest selecting Yes as it does not do anything to your current account in a negative way it just positions yourself to grow in the future.)

5) Be sure to check to check box for "I agree the above information is correct. I agree to a one-time $4 A2P brand registration fee.

6)Please review your selections, and once you have reviewed click "Register" on the bottom right of your screen.
