Lead Connector - Is an internal app within OfferBolt that makes applying for A2P easier, has faster approval process (less than a week). Lead Connector does throttle messages, holds error and opt out rates to a tighter restriction than Twilio, thus causing your account to be suspended from sending sms more often.
Using Lead Connector(Not Recommended Method):
⚠️ Lead Connector should only be used if you're unable to create a Twilio account. Twilio’s A2P guidelines are far more favorable than the more restrictive Lead Connector.

Quick Guide to Setting Up Lead Connector
Access Lead Connector Application Screen
Go to Settings.
Scroll down to Phone Numbers.
Locate Lead Connector application screen.
Navigate to Trust Center
Click on Trust Center.
Select "Start registering now" option.

Follow the process until you’ve completed all 3 sections(Business Details, Brand Details, Campaign Details).
