I explain how to enter your brand name and business name, select use cases recommendations, create a new messaging service, and provide a description for your campaign. I also show you how to compose sample messages, including the contact name, representative information, and the reply to stop to unsubscribe. Lastly, I explain how end users can consent to receive messages by visiting your website and using opt-in keywords.

How do I select my A2P Campaign use cases?
It is recommended to select “Low Volume Mixed”
1) Select your messaging service
Select: “Create new Messaging Service”
2)Campaign Description
"This campaign sends appointment information - confirmation & reminder messages to customers once they have booked an appointment with [COMPANY_NAME] on website and opted-in to receive promotional and notification SMS from [COMPANY_NAME]."
It is recommended to enter the "campaign description" as listed in this photo. Enter your actual company name in place of “company_name"
3)Sample Message #1
"Hi John! This is Jane from [COMPANY_NAME]. Our appointment for July 20 11:00 AM is confirmed. Please reach out to [PHONE_NUMBER] in case you need to reschedule. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
It is recommended to enter the sample message listed below for “Sample Message #1” Enter your company name in place of “COMPANY_NAME” and put your company phone number in place of PHONE_NUMBER ex. +1(213) 725-2867
4) Sample Message #2
"Hey Brian! This is Jane from [COMPANY_NAME]. I see that you weren't able to make it for our appointment. Would you like to reschedule? - [WEBSITE_URL]. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
It is recommended to enter the sample message as listed below in sample message #2. Enter a user name in place of “Jane”. Enter in a WEBSITE_URL like https://mycompany.com
How do end-users consent to receive messages?
"End users opt-in by visiting - [WEBSITE_CONTACT_PAGE_URL] and filling in their details. Users check a box to receive notifications & promotional messages to provide their consent. Additionally end users can also text START to [PHONE_NUMBER]."

Go to the page that has your opt-in page. If you are using the OfferBolt template use the "contact" page you can find that on your page menu.
Once you have the contact us page pulled up, copy that url and use that as your [WEBSITE_CONTACT_PAGE_URL]. https://mycompany.com/contact-us (your url may have numbers after it, that's OK! copy the whole url with the numbers.
It is recommended to enter the sample message entered for this question. Please ensure to enter your exact website address in place of https://www.mycompanywebsite.com/contact-us also replace (+1 (213) 725-2867) with your business number.

It is recommended to all enter the text as listed in this category. Please replace “company_name” with your company name.
Once your A2P campaign is APPROVED you MUST assign your Twilio phone numbers to your A2P campaign in Twilio in order to send out any SMS or you will receive an Twilio error code which will block your SMS from being delivered.
