Within your account, go to “Settings → Phone Numbers” page(see image below).

Set up 2 Factor Authentication Email and phone number are required to enable the two factor auth. First you enter an email and are sent a code. Enter the 6 digit code from the verification email. Then enter your phone number. Receive the 6 digit code on your phone and enter that in.

Wait for account activation After step one you must up wait 5 minutes, then refresh or revist the page to start the next step. Try refreshing the page a few times after a minute.

Start A2P Registration

Select yes to is this business located in US and/or Canada, then click continue.

Enter in the required information and click continue. Ensure the following information is selected:
Business Type: Must match the customers business type.
Business Industry: Real Estate
Website Url: Must match the domain to be used for the A2P website template Business Region of Operations: US

Enter in the business address. This must be the address the business is registered under.

Enter in the Authorized Representative for the business

Use “Low Volume Standard”, select the checkbox and click continue.

Select “Low Volume Mixed” for campaign use case. Enter in the campaign description, sample 1 and sample 2 message from this page. Ensure the checkboxes for messages will include “embedded link and phone numbers” is selected. Click “Continue”.

End users opt-in by visiting - [WEBSITE_CONTACT_PAGE_URL] and filling in their details. Users check a box to receive notifications & promotional messages to provide their consent. Additionally end users can also text START to [PHONE_NUMBER].
