A functional website is required for A2P registration and must include your official business name. This website will be referenced throughout your A2P campaign submission process.
Your website will be reviewed to ensure it meets the compliance requirements for A2P.
A website template is included with your account that is A2P compliant. Continue below to learn how to setup your website.
To view your A2P compliant website template:
From the left nav click "Websites" -> from the top nav click "Websites" -> select "Real Estate(A2P Compliant)" or "Real Estate Generic 1"
A2P Compliance Requirements - your website must include the following:
Brand Guidelines
The brand mentioned in your messages must be the same as the brand on your website.
Contact Form w/ “Opt In” Messaging
A working contact form that displays messaging where visitors of your website opt in to receiving messages from you is required.
“Terms and Conditions” and “Privacy Policy” pages
These pages are required on your website and are required in the opt in message for your contact form. You’ll also want to ensure that the links to these pages are working on your website.
A2P Compliant Website Setup Guide
Step 1: Configure and customize your website to fit your brand
In this video, I will guide you through customizing our templates by adding your own information. We will start by filling in the custom values for each section of the website. Then, we will ensure that the menu buttons are working correctly. I will show you how to check if the buttons navigate to the correct pages. We will also cover adding logos and images to the website. Feel free to follow along and customize your own templates.
The objective of this video is to guide users through customizing and personalizing website templates to ensure all information is accurate and functional.
Add Custom Values
Go to settings -> custom values to the website folders.
Click on the website folder and fill in each part with your information.
Edit Website Template
Go to the website template and click on edit.
Ensure menu buttons work by checking each one (home, about, services, team, contact).
Make sure each button is correctly linked to the corresponding page.
Check Pages
Verify that terms and conditions, privacy policy, about, services, team, and contact pages are set up correctly.
Test each page to ensure they are accessible from the menu.
Publish Changes
Click on save and then publish after making any edits.
Custom values will only appear on the actual website, not in the template.
Add Logo
Upload a logo by selecting the logo menu and uploading an image.
Double click to insert the logo and save the changes.
Repeat for Each Page
Repeat the customization process for all pages, including privacy policy and terms and conditions.
Ensure all buttons are linked correctly and custom values are filled in.
Finalize Customization
Delete any elements you don't want by highlighting and deleting.
Ensure all information is filled in the website folder for it to appear on the site.

How to Link Terms and Conditions Pages in an Opt-In Form
Access the Form Builder: Go to the left side menu bar, click on websites, forms, builder, and select the opt-in form you want to edit.
Highlight and Link Terms and Conditions:
Copy the URL of your terms and conditions page.
In the opt-in form, highlight the text where you want to link the terms and conditions.
Click on the link icon, paste the URL, and confirm the link.
Repeat for Privacy Policy:
Copy the URL of your privacy policy page.
In the opt-in form, highlight the text for the privacy policy link.
Click on the link icon, paste the URL, and confirm the link.
Verify Links:
Ensure that both the terms and conditions and privacy policy links are working correctly within the opt-in form.
