Learn how to check the status of your A2P registration

Once you have submitted your A2P Campaign for approval you will await an approval or "verified" status. This can take up to 2 weeks.

To check if you have been approved:

  1. Login to Twilio.com and click on Admin on the top left of your screen and select Account Trust Hub.

  2. On the Center left of your screen you will then click on "Go To A2P Messaging"

  3. On the left side menu bar you will click on "campaigns"

  4. Go to "Campaign Status" on the middle left of your screen, if it says verified you are good to go, in it says pending your campaign has not been approved yet. If it says rejected click on the blue link to the left of the campaign status. That is your Campaign SID.

  5. On this screen it will also show you your status middle of the screen under "Campaign Status". If you have been rejected there will be a notification just above the campaign details area advising you of the rejection.

  6. To see details of the rejection scroll down and there will be a notification of the rejection along with an option to click on "Learn More" which will provide you with the details of the rejection.

  7. To correct the issue refer to the A2P guide for that specific section. Once corrected scroll back up to the top and click on the blue icon that says "Fix Campaign"
