๐Ÿ“ฎ How to Determine When to Add More Leads to Your SMS Workflow

Ensuring your initial workflow doesn't run out of leads

In this video, I walk you through how to determine when you need to add more leads to your initial SMS workflow. I show you how to check your daily sending limits and current lead count, which for me is 10,875 leads left, allowing for about 36 days of sending at 300 per day. I emphasize the importance of uploading new lists at least 5 days before running out of leads to ensure a smooth transition. Please make sure to monitor your lead count regularly and plan accordingly.

1. Access the Workflows Tab 0:00

  • Navigate to the Workflows tab in your system.

  • This will take you back to your home menu.

2. Select Your Initial SMS Workflow 0:16

  • Locate and click on the Initial SMS workflow you are using.

3. Check Daily Drip Rate 0:29

  • Look for the 'per day' metric in your workflow settings.

4. Review Remaining Leads 0:41

  • Identify the total number of leads left to send (e.g., 10,875 leads).

  • Calculate how many days you can continue sending messages based on your daily drip rate.

5. Calculate Days Remaining 1:15

  • Divide the number of remaining leads by your daily drip rate to find out how many days of leads you have left (e.g., 10,875 leads / 300 per day = 36 days).

6. Plan for Lead Uploads 1:33

  • If you need to upload more leads, do so at least 5 days before you run out.

  • This allows sufficient time for the new list to be uploaded.
