In this video, I demonstrate how to connect your Twilio account to OfferBolt. I guide you through the process of copying and pasting your SID and authority token.
Objective is to successfully connect a Twilio account to an OfferBolt account for messaging services.
Before going to support to connect your Twilio account. Please go to settings-> phone number and setup your 2 - Factor Authentication.
Connecting Twilio Account to OfferBolt: Step-by-Step Guide
Access the Chat Interface
Click on the chat widget on the bottom right of your screen.
Initiate the Connection Process
Click on "connect Twilio account to OfferBolt".
Provide SID and Authority Token
Follow the instructions to copy and paste your SID and authority token in the specified format.
Ensure you are logged into your Twilio account.
Copy and Paste SID
Click to copy the SID from your Twilio account.
Paste the SID in the designated field.
Copy and Paste Authority Token
Retrieve the authority token from your Twilio account.
Paste the authority token in the provided field.
Finalize the Connection
Once both SID and authority token are pasted, the connection process will be completed.
Your Twilio account will now be connected to OfferBolt successfully.
Using Lead Connector
If using Lead Connector, no need to connect Twilio through support.
