How to Upload Seller Leads to OfferBolt: A Step-by-Step Guide

1. Introduction

  • Purpose: Explain how to upload a list of seller lists to OfferBolt for SMS, RVMs, emails, or cold calling.

2. Accessing the Contacts Section

  • Navigate to the left-hand menu.

  • Click on "Contacts".

  • Find the "Import Contacts" option by hovering over the icons.

3. Importing Your List

  • Select the contacts you want to import.

  • Ensure your file is in CSV format (convert if necessary).

  • Drag and drop the file or use the upload box to select your CSV file.

4. Creating or Updating Contacts

  • Choose to "Create Contacts" for new entries.

  • Select "Update Contacts" if you need to fill in missing information for existing entries.

  • Note: Each phone number can only be uploaded once.

5. Mapping Fields

  • Map your CSV column headings to Offerable's custom fields.

  • Ensure all necessary fields show as "Mapped" (indicated by a green checkmark).

  • Address any "Pending" fields that are not mapped.
