1. Access the Contact's Disposition Section 0:00

  • Locate the lead that was a no-show or where an appointment could not be finalized.

  • Navigate to the Disposition section of the contact's profile

2. Perform Dispo Reset 0:11

  • Select the option for Dispo Reset.

  • This action will remove any existing tags or opportunities associated with the lead.

3. Reactivate the Lead 0:35

  • The Dispo Reset will reactivate the lead, allowing your automation system to function again.

4. Reset Follow Up 0:45

  • Go to the follow-up section and perform a follow-up reset.

  • Hit save to ensure a clean slate for the lead.

5. Wait for Automation to Process 1:03

  • Allow 30 seconds to 1 minute for the system to process the resets.

6. Select Appropriate Follow Up 1:11

  • After waiting, return to the follow-up section.

  • Choose a follow-up option that fits the lead's situation:

    • Was the lead interested but not ready?

    • Was it a cold lead with no interest?

7. Save the Follow Up Selection 1:41

  • After making your selection, hit save.

  • The lead is now reactivated and will be followed up with according to the new settings.
