In this video, I will explain what to do if the Bot marks something incorrectly, such as a DNC or wrong number. I will show you how to check and delete incorrect markings, as well as remove associated tags and workflows. I will also demonstrate how to continue following up with leads or add them to a follow-up.

Objective is to learn how to correct any incorrect markings made by the Bot, such as DNC or wrong number, and ensure that the lead is properly managed in the system.

How to change the dispo on a contact

  1. Identify the Issue

    • Bot marks dispo's a contact incorrectly (e.g., DNC, wrong number).

  2. Correcting the Mark

    • To change the dispo go to contact conversation and scroll down to the dispositions folder on the left.

    • Select Disposition Reset wait a min then select the appropriate disposition.

    • Delete any unnecessary information associated with the mark (e.g., tags, workflows).
